PROTEX 223-5HT, 5mil Clear Polyester Film 48"X60 YDS

The Mask-Off 223-5HT-48X60 is a 5 mil polyester coated film with a very high tack pressure sensitive adhesive. To prevent water damage, oxidation or corrosion to the metals, the protective film is applied to aluminum, stainless steel or non-metallic floor panels around the galley and lavatory areas of aircrafts. PROTX 223-5HT is unaffected by oil, greases and volatile aromatics. PROTX 223-5HT is also inert in water, has a high tensile, tear and impact strength

• The polyester film retains these outstanding properties remaining flexible and tough from -80°F (-62 °C)
• The film is applied to one side of fiber impregnated aluminum honeycomb core material to hold in place on vacuum table for milling opposite side
• Provides excellent protection as a die-cut mask to aircraft windows during stripping operations
